I'm offering you a free Win32 Application which will identify your celebrity pictures by their file-names.
It will also let you copy/move your files into auto-generated sub-folders depending on the associated celebrity.

Also home of:

• SimilarImages - finds and manages similar images (duplicates) within your picture collection
• Simple CSV-View - browser for CSV collection files (with eCSV Path support

Additional features for CelebNamer:

• Automated file-name collision checking also with automated renaming of the files.
• Including automated file skipping/remove if existing file is same to the file you want to copy/move.
  Using file-size and md5 hash to determine duplicates.
• Destination folder wide checking for exact duplicates. (optional)
